Cardiac Symptoms
This section is intended for discussions related to heart and cardiovascular concerns in individuals with CAMK2-related disorders. Topics may include heart rhythm abnormalities (arrhythmias), structural heart differences, cardiomyopathy, cardiac evaluations and monitoring, electrocardiograms (ECGs/EKGs), echocardiograms, medications, symptoms such as palpitations or fainting, and other cardiac or cardiovascular issues.
Families, caregivers, clinicians, and researchers are encouraged to share experiences, questions, evaluations, recommendations, and management strategies. While cardiac involvement may not be present in all individuals with CAMK2-related disorders, understanding these experiences can help the community better recognize potential cardiac manifestations, support appropriate monitoring, and advance knowledge of CAMK2-related conditions.
