CAMK2 Research Funding Opportunities
Advancing meaningful therapies for individuals affected by CAMK2-related disorders requires a strong commitment to high-quality, impactful research. One of the core missions of the CAMK2 Therapeutics Network is to identify, support, and fund scientific projects that have the greatest potential to improve our understanding of CAMK2 biology, address unmet needs within the community, and accelerate the development of future treatments.
As part of this commitment, the CAMK2 Therapeutics Network recently launched its 2026 Research Grant Program. We received multiple highly competitive proposals from CAMK2 investigators around the world spanning basic science, translational research, therapeutic development, disease modeling, and research infrastructure. These applications are currently undergoing review by independent scientific experts and members of our Medical & Scientific Advisory Board and external reviewers to help identify the projects most likely to make a meaningful impact for the CAMK2 community.
We believe that every research dollar should be invested strategically and transparently to maximize benefit for individuals and families affected by CAMK2-related disorders. Through a rigorous review process and ongoing collaboration with researchers, clinicians, industry partners, and families, we aim to build a research portfolio that moves the field forward and brings us closer to effective therapies.
